Orders are processed within 1 working day. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Next-day cut-off is 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only on unopened, sealed bottles within 30 days of delivery.
- Bottles must be unopened with the seal intact
- Return postage is covered by the customer
- Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the return
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The One Pill is a single product in a single format, so there's nothing to swap to. If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch and we'll sort it.
All subscription orders ship free, regardless of basket value. Manage, pause or cancel anytime from your account.
